Doors open 7.15pm bar & dining available. Ticket only event (all seated) \nDORIS AMY\nSinger-songwriter Doris Amy is from Tunbridge Wells\, Kent. At seventeen\, Doris is a prolific composer of engaging\, original music. She released her first single in 2023 followed by her EP Boxes in 2024; her new song Need a Friend is out in Spring 2026. She has performed locally at pubs\, cafes and festivals with a quiet confidence and versatility that belies her age. Doris is planning to study songwriting and performing at university while continuing to build an audience for fans for her catchy\, memorable songs. \n \nAMELIE \nAmelie is an up and coming rock / pop singer and songwriter based in West Sussex. She started writing songs during a period of rehabilitation following a major knee operation.  This helped her to cope with the long days of being unable to walk around. \nAmelie has a musical theatre background\, but when she purchased her first guitar at the age of 12 this changed. \nCurrently studying Music Performance at BN1 Arts in Brighton\, Amelie has performed at festivals such as Elderflower Fields\, Forest Row and Engine Rooms\, as well as larger venues such as Brighton Dome and Concorde 2 in Brighton. \nAmelie is planning to study songwriting at university in late 2026. \nInfluenced by artists such as Paramore\, Olivia Rodrigo and Maggie Lindemann\, her music contains themes of heartbreak\, betrayal and the life of a teenager. \nShe intends to release her first single at the end of this year. \nAmelie is also the lead singer in a band called Distortion Divas who convert pop songs into rock. \n\n\n\nTickets can be purchased by clicking here.

DESCRIPTION:A group of local stand up comedians\, organising comedy nights\, where all the profits go to local charities.\nWho are we?\nWe’re a group of local\, Kent-based comedians who first got together on an introduction to StandUp Comedy course based in Tunbridge Wells. Led by our tutor Mike Jubb with his much-missed sister Mags\, our diverse group wrote and rehearsed our sets\, with everyone pitching in with ideas and encouragement. \nWe’ve now had several sell-out performances at the Grey Lady venue in The Pantiles. Tunbridge Wells Fringe 2025 gave us an extra night due to demand and was a fundraiser for NSPCC. Our massive gig for the Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre delivered many laughs and over £1000 for this Tunbridge Wells based charity. \nOur aim is to give everyone brilliant StandUp comedy nights\, while also raising funds for local charities. \nTickets can be purchased by clicking here.

DESCRIPTION:Join Jenny (vocals & violin)\, John Harriman (keys)\, James Sunney (bass) and David Widdicombe (drums) for an evening of candlelit jazz standards\, blues and bossa nova.\n\nJennifer Maslin is a versatile jazz singer and violinist based in Tunbridge Wells\, known for her light\, warm tone and expressive interpretations. A regular performer across the southeast\, she holds residencies on the Pantiles\, at the Grapevine Jazz bars in Tenterden and Rye\, and last year made her debut at the Rye International Jazz & Blues Festival. Her EP Skylark – a tribute to her transition from classical to jazz – showcases her love of melodic storytelling\, improvisation\, and the Great American Songbook\, and is available on all major streaming platforms.\n\nJohn Harriman is a jazz pianist\, composer\, and bandleader known for his highly accomplished jazz\, Latin\, pop\, and rock playing. He has performed widely in the UK and abroad\, leading and collaborating in a range of duos\, trios\, and larger ensembles. He is the founder of the award-winning Cuban jazz-salsa group Heads South\, praised for its dynamic live performances and infectious rhythms. Described as “impeccable” by The Times and “dazzling” by The Jazzmann\, John’s playing continues to draw critical acclaim for its flair and originality.\n\nJames Sunney began his music career at Tswane University of Technology\, studying under leading South African jazz musicians including Marc Duby\, Kevin Davidson\, Johnny Fourie\, and Wessel Van Rensburg. After graduating\, he performed with artists such as Heinz Winkler\, Kresan\, Radio Kalahari Orkes\, Ettiene Steyn\, and Mel Botes. In 2007\, he joined top South African band Watershed as their bassist\, recording two albums and touring extensively across Europe\, the UK\, and the US. A regular in jazz ensembles around Johannesburg and Pretoria\, James built a strong foundation in jazz and improvisation. Since then he emigrated to Tunbridge Wells and now performs in various jazz ensembles in and around the south east of England.\n\nDavid Widdicombe has been playing drums since he was a teenager starting off in Youth Orchestras in Kent including tours to Europe and Canada\, and performances in the Royal Festival Hall and Albert Hall. He then trained as a piano technician and worked as a concert tuner with Steinway & Sons working with some of the greatest jazz pianists such as Dave Brubeck\, Herbie Hancock\, Chick Corea\, Julian Joseph and Jason Rebello. He now runs the piano restoration and service department for Steinway UK which gives him more time to play drums.
